Mr. SUM have recently participated in due diligence and restructure of a luxury hotel and resort, member of a world leading group of luxury hotels and resorts.
Mr. SUM supported one leading local education institution with investment capital more than USD 8 million, to restructure shareholding and governance structure in order to acquire, for the first time ever in Cambodian education history,
In addition, his major client portfolios range from Foreign Embassies including US and Australian Embassy, to major Banks in USA and Asia, MFIs, the first Sino-hydropower project in Cambodia and a world leading Japanese Telecom Company.
Mr. SUM has been selected as one of the official contributors to the World Bank Doing Business’s Annual Report in the field of SMEs, insolvency, investment advice, as well as contract and law enforcement.
Mr. SUM holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Corporate Advice from University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France.
Mr. SUM is fluent in English, French and Khmer.
