Mr. Virak SOEUR has more than 10 years’ experiences in Sale Force Management and Market Development Strategy Design.
Mr. SOEUR is working as a Sales Manager of TSNR Group Co., Ltd, which is the exclusive distributor of Lion Consumer Goods of Japan cooperation in Thailand (45% market share of body care and household product), where he helps the group to introduce more than 6 new category products into the market and expand selling capacity over USD 1 million monthly sales.
He redesigned and innovated a complete Sales and Distribution Strategy to support few major telecom companies to expand market into a 2.5 million subscribers company.
Moreover, Mr. SOEUR worked in other various industries ranging from trading of commodities, health and beauty care products to corporate social responsibility (Social Marketing). He was a regional sale manager to the first major USA SCR company to enter into Cambodian market and expand their market share with more than 10 new products.
Mr. SOEUR holds MBA from BBU and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Management, Cambodia.
He is fluent in English and Khmer.
